Your mission
- Oversee and drive the further development of the DCS Compliance Management System
- Further de ve l op and coordinate the company-wide Risk Management Process and manage l egal & c ompliance risks and their mitigation
- Communicate effectively on all levels to ob tain buy-in to c ompliance goals and advise s enior management and all employees on all compliance related matters
- Develop and implement compliance-related company policies and procedures and ensure that these are embedded in day-to-day business activties
- Further develop e ffective unit governance structures and procedures for compliance oversight and management, including accountability for compliance responsibilities
- Conduct regular compliance trainings and run a sound c ompliance communication strategy
- Given the respective knowledge or w ish for f urther professional development we offer the opportunity to take responsibility for implementation and steering of the intern al control system (ICS)
Your profile
- D egree in economy or law as well as profound knowledge in applicable relevant international and local anti-corruption laws and standards
- A minimum of 3 years of professional business experience in the field of compliance
- Ability to understand legal and relevant complexities and to explain it
- Management and leadership skills, including the ability to articulate our standards and expectations as outlined in the relevant policies and codes
- Fluency in both German & English is mandatory
